SCOPE OF WORK

Our transparent SCOPE OF WORK goes beyond expectations. We provide clear details that allow our clients to fully understand what is included. Within this proposal, you will also find a detailed pricing breakdown, giving you full clarity on how the overall project total is calculated.
DESIGN / BUDGET REVIEW

We will carefully review the SCOPE OF WORK provided. During this stage, we will address any questions you may have and discuss potential contingencies. If revisions are required, we offer one complimentary revision to adjust the SCOPE OF WORK as needed.
COMMITMENT & DEPOSIT

At this stage, you have officially chosen us to complete your renovation project! To move forward, we will require the Renovation Agreement and Terms & Conditions to be signed. A deposit cheque will also be needed to confirm your commitment and secure your project in our schedule.
PERMIT APPLICATION

Depending on the SCOPE OF WORK, we will apply for the necessary building permits on your behalf through your local municipality, ensuring all requirements are met before construction begins.
INTRODUCTORY MEETING

This pre-construction meeting is designed for you to meet your project manager. During this time, we will review the project layout, go over the overall construction timeline, and discuss all selections made for this project.
BEGIN CONSTRUCTION

After an extensive planning process, your renovation is ready to begin. Throughout the project, you will have ongoing communication with Fact Renovation to keep you fully updated on the progress of your renovation.
DURING CONSTRUCTION

Throughout the construction stage, we will schedule regular site visits to review progress. Our payment schedule is designed to align with project milestones, ensuring that payments are made only as progress is achieved during the renovation.
PROJECT COMPLETION

At the completion of your renovation, we will conduct a final walk-through to review the overall results and ensure your complete satisfaction. During this stage, all remaining documentation will be finalized, and any outstanding payments will be reconciled.
